We drive up from our Sugar Land shop to fix springs, openers and doors in Bridgeland, Towne Lake, Fairfield and the older streets around Copperfield.

Ingenious Garage Door Services works out of 15500 Voss Rd in Sugar Land, so Cypress is a real drive for us, usually up the Grand Parkway (SH 99) to US-290. We'd rather say that up front. What makes the drive worth it on your end: garage door repair, broken spring replacement, opener installation and new door installs priced in writing before we start.
Cypress filled in over several decades. Copperfield and Lakewood Forest date to the late 1970s and 80s, Fairfield and Coles Crossing came later, and Bridgeland and Towne Lake are among the newest. In the older houses, springs and openers are often near the end of their life. In the newer ones, the door often has to match strict HOA rules on style and color. We're licensed and insured in Texas, an authorized dealer for Clopay, Amarr and C.H.I. doors, and we install LiftMaster, Chamberlain and Genie openers.

Garage Door Repair
Off-track doors, frayed cables, bent tracks and dented sections. In homes along Cypress Creek that have taken on water, the bottom brackets and cable drums rust first, so we look at those too. Swapping one damaged section runs $650 to $1,100.
New Door Installation
Clopay, Amarr and C.H.I. doors, quoted against your Bridgeland, Towne Lake or Fairfield HOA style and color rules. Most steel doors are $1,000 to $1,900 installed. Adding insulation costs $300 to $600 and helps a west-facing garage through a Cypress summer.
Opener Services
Chain drive openers run $350 to $650 installed and belt drives $430 to $800. We put in LiftMaster, Chamberlain and Genie and repair most other brands. Get a battery backup: storms along the 290 corridor knock out power often enough to make it worth it.
Spring Replacement
One torsion spring is $350 to $650 and a matched pair $400 to $900. Extension spring pairs run $500 to $850. Don’t try to lift a door with a broken spring; call instead, and after hours the emergency line picks up.
